Trolley for carrying carriers with knives
The trolley is designed for transporting “basket” knives around meat production plant from the knives’ cleaning roorn to storage and sterilization roorn. It includes a “tray” for water collection on the bottom. 36 pieces of carriers can be ransported on the trolley.
Standing sterilizing cabinet
The cabinet is designed for disinfection and storage of carriers with knives. OZONE (active oxygen, O3) acts as disinfecting agent and is generated by a special lamp. Ozone “rinses” knives destroying bacteria and other
microorganisms.
The standing cabinet is designed for sterilization of 36 carriers with 4 knives, steel
and a glove.

Manual washer for knives and carriers
Knives are placed in the carrier and washed with the strong water jet This is achieved using a special pistol, to which water is connected. All contaminations fall to washer’s bottom and are drained off into the sewage system using Ø 50 connector pipe.
Knife carrier
Knife carrier is made of metal plate, stainless rod and polyethylene slab for knives’ and steel’s positioning. 4 knives, one steel and a protection glove can be placed in the carrier.
